Take your pick from 6 veg and 6 non veg curries available everyday, choose from the nations favourite chicken tikka masala, lamb rogan josh, fish curry and don’t forget India’s Staple vegetarian choices including Bombay Aloo, lentil curries, paneer tikka masala, mix veg curry. Accompanied by lamb / chicken biryani or pilau rice and finally unlimited freshly baked tandoori naan.

Indo-Chinese cuisine is said to have been developed by the Chinese community that has lived in Kolkata for over a two centuries. Immensely popular with Indians, known as ‘Hakka Style’, today this ‘Hakka’ cuisine has become India’s number one non-Indian favourite food.it is widespread in major Indian metropolitan cities such as Mumbai, New Delhi and most importantly, Kolkata (formerly Calcutta).

At the Spicy Wok you can choose from a selection of fresh vegetables, chicken and prawns and our chef will cook your noodles in a firey Wok, to a spice level of your choice. Experience the joy of watching the ingredients being brought to life in front of your eyes.

Welcome to South India, where dishes are characterised by the use of rice and local spices, such as star anise and coconuts, creating a mixture of mouthwatering flavours. Try our South Indian specialities such as Dosa (Indian crispy pancake with spicy potato filling). Our dosa batter is made weekly from raw rice and daal, which is stone-ground in-house on our 1000 kg dosa grinder, which was specially imported from India. Uttappam (spicy lentil-based pancakes) and Idli (steamed rice cakes), all served with Sambhar (lentil curry) and a selection of freshly made chutneys.

We introduce you to our brand-new rotating BBQ. The skewers rotate locking in
the juices, here you’ll find mainly north Indian cuisines from seekh kebabs
(mince lamb mixed with spices) also chicken tikka and tandoori niblets cooked
fresh each day. Not forgetting our vegetarians, who can choose from paneer
tikka (Indian cottage cheese) with a different grilled vegetable each day which
is freshly grilled on a separate BBQ.

Try India’s favourite street snack known as Pani Puri or Gol Gappa, available all over India, served from street stalls to afternoon tea at 5-star hotels. Our puri (crispy hollow wheat balls) is filled with boiled potato and chickpeas then topped up with our homemade sweet n spicy water made from tamarind, mint and raw mango.

Papri Chaat- crisp wheat wafers known as papri served with boiled potatoes and chickpeas, then drizzled with yoghurt and tamarind chutney which is topped off with Sev (Fine chickpea noodles) and chaat masala. Dahi Vada / Bhalla – a lentil ball soaked in yoghurt, topped with sweet and savoury chutneys.
