The Great Kebab Factory
Using a tandoor, (a fiery clay oven given prominence by the Moghuls in the rugged area once known as India’s North West Frontier) marinated meats are cooked quickly sealing in their succulent flavours. Try our Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Seekh Kebab, Tangri Kebab and Tandoori vegetables.

BOMBAY CHAAT WAAT
Typically served at the side of the road from stalls or carts, chaat refers to small plates of hot and cold savory snacks which combine tangy, hot and sweet flavours together.
Try our Hot Aloo Tikki (Potato patties), Pani Puri (crispy pastry puffs with a tangy filling), Dokla (lightly spiced sponge cake), Laccha Chaat and much more.

BALU’S SOUTHERN BHAVAN
South Indian dishes are characterised by the use of local spices, such as star anise, coconuts and hot flavours to cool you down.
Try our South Indian specialities such as Dosa (Giant Indian crispy pancakes with spicy potato filling), Uttappam (Spicy lentil based pancakes) also Idli (Steamed rice cakes), all served with Sambhar (lentil curry) and a selection of freshly made chutneys.
The Spicy Wok
South Indian dishes are characterised by the use of local spices, such as star anise, coconuts and hot Indo-Chinese cuisine is said to have been developed by the vast Chinese community that has lived in Kolkata for over a century. Immensely popular with Indians, it is widespread in major Indian metropolitan cities such as Mumbai, New Delhi and most importantly Kolkata (formerly Calcutta).

Indians are known for their sweet tooth. Enjoy their traditional recipes of rich desserts with subtle sweet spices. Try our Gulab Jamun, Kheer (rice pudding flavoured with mango, kiwi or strawberries), Rasomalai (sweet cottage cheese dumplings) and Jalebis. In addition we have a variety of cakes, homemade vanilla ice cream and fresh fruits.
